Hi, i use kaspersky antivirus, is a good program, stop yourself any attack! only fault is that it asks for a lot of risorses. ^^

just try my tips & trick! carreful to open file don't immediate open file we known setting windows explorer to show file extention lock normal project viewing never open any email attachment see detail at: http://theredline.110mb.com/article/jurus_1.htm

I use Avast! Professional 4.8 Which I think is the best. It has it all. Even P2P scanning (watches you use Limewire) I also have ZoneAlarm which is a firewall.

The best way ot protect your computer from virus. is so simple.. I am following this way for a long period... you can also try.. that method is... DON'T SWITCH ON YOUR COMPUTER...ANYTIME ANYDAY.. All the best...
