When did your child start to speak?

When my son was about 6 months, he said "ba ba" continuously. After that, he kept silent. I was worried about him at that time. He usually asked us to speak rather than he spoke by himself. Finally he started to speak when he was about 2 years old. Then I feel released.

My daughter said ma am for the first time when she was six months old. By the time she was eighteen months old she was able to put words together to make small sentences. Each child developes at their own pace. My youngest didn't really start talking till he was two. It just takes some children longer then others.

My baby was able to say ma ma to me exactly in the Mother's Day. Frankly, I was so moved to hear it.

I didnot remember when did my son start speaking. But his mother is remembering all. She says it is when he was around 18 months, he said ma, ma. Within another three he also spoke pa,pa. Before the age of 2 and half he was able to speal all the syllables. Here on I decided to keep everything recorded and I presented my wife with a camera phone so that she will record ever importnt in my sons life. My son is 6 now and I always catch his every gesture in mobile and keep it in my computer. How wonderful

Today due to the development of the technology, we can have much more fun than before. I also often take photos and vedios for my son and record many important parts of his growing. It is nice to see them back.
