I have tried(not tried but made me try) to drink tea without suger once.I almost vomitted ,why i dont know.. May be Iam addicted to that..

perhaps your stomach reacts with the tannin in the tea. and the sugar counteracts that reaction.

Wu long (oolong) tea is a proven factor in losing weight when combined with realistic diet (more fruits and vegetables in your diet and purified water) and moderate exercise. (Check with your doctor before beginning any exercise program). Drink Wu long tea four times per day and avoid sugar at all costs. If you require a sweetener, use honey. Remember, gradual weight loss is always the best.

For tea, I drink it with sugar sometimes, but usually no. And for coffee... definitely sugar. It's so bitter without it.

I don't add sugar to tea, I like it original like that. But for coffee, I would add a bit of sugar in it. I don't like it too sweet but I don't like it when it tastes to bitter as well. Oh, actually for your information, I read somewhere that sugar in the coffee is not that fatening when compared to the milk added. So I usually don't add the milk in my coffee.

i enjoy tea much better than coffee... i can have the plain tea be hot or cold or sometimes i'll add up ice cubes and apple juice to make some apple flavor tea that i really love so much to quench my afternoon thirst. at night i may add some milk and sugar with my tea but if its warm a cold milk tea is the choice!

English Breakfast blend, made in the following manner. Empty the kettle and fill from a fast running cold tap, boil and use some of the water to warm the pot. Add loose tea to the pot, one spoonful for each cup you are going to poor or two for a mug and one extra. Cover the pot in a cosy to keep in warm and allow to brew for 5 minutes stirring once between. This brewing process allows one to begin to enter the state of deep relaxation. At the end of the 5 minute period poor the tea but not all into one cup and then the next rather a little into one then a little into the next, etc. Pour the tea from a height to allow the tea to aerate. Add a little milk but no sugar. Sipping the tea gentle now engenders the ultimate health giving state of relaxation in which total awareness of of ones inner, outer and situated being may be experienced. all the best urban

A tespoon of sugar only has16 bcalories. ytou can wear that off just making dinner. You aren't going to get fat from putting sugar into your tea. I put half a teaspoon into my tea and 2 1/2 teaspoons in my coffee, as it is much more bitter than tea.

I actually like to drink non-sweetened coffee. I think coffee has its natural sweetness just adding fresh milk or creamer. :p
