What do you think of Red Velvet Cake?

Do you like it? My husband just made red velvet cupcakes and I am going to have one. I'll eat it, but it isnt my favorite type of cake. My 5 year old calls it blood cake :) Do you like red velvet cake? What about the icing?

I love the red velvet cake!!! yum yum yum, it's my favorite. Next time i'm making it from scratch and as for the icing I just buy the stuff that tastes yummy when you put it in the fridge and eat it with a spoon. I'm getting fat just reading that.

I have to say, red velvet really isn't my favorite cake. I can eat a slice if that's what is being served somewhere, but I'd prefer white or yellow cake over red. I've only tried it a few times, but I've just never really been all that impressed by the flavor. Maybe I've just gotten bad batches! hehe
