news on frozen products.. things you must know!

with the recent drop in temperatures in the northern and eastern united states, we have been receiving calls regarding frozen products. if you receive a product shipment and your body balance or osteoprocare is frozen, simply let the unopened product thaw out at room temperature. once the product is thawed follow the label directions for storing and usage. if you receuve a frozen glass bottle, such as colloidal silver or taheebo, you must let the product thaw at room temperature prior to opening the bottle. attempting to open these products when frozen can cause the glass bottle or dropper to break, rendering the product unusable. in addition, we would like to put to rest any concerns about potential damage to the Life Force products when freezing occurs. the nutritional quality and effectiveness is not compromised by the temporary freezing that occasionally occurs during shipments in extremely low temperatures.
