Who Likes Online Chatting??

Online chatting is one way of communicating to relatives, friends, old or new, and parents. Some are addicted to it, especially those new chatters. Why do you think is that?
Do you like chatting online? What do you like about it?

i do! but i mostly chat on msn/ym. even at work, no matter how busy i am, i still chat with my friends lol. cant go online without having msn/ym! it drives me up the wall when there are days that my msn/ym acts up and doesn't let me sign in..haha.

I became addicted to ICQ way back in 98-99 and mIRC afterwards, until YM and MSN came along..I like chatting with strangers because I learn a lot of things from them. Some of my old chat mates even became my friends until now.
I also met my boyfriend of 4 years because of mIRC.
