Is hair conditioner any good for your hair ?.I know it makes my hair softer but am finding that the more i use it the more my hair falls out and that got me thinking that maybe it`s not the best thing to be using . Do you know of any natural conditioner to use on my hair .I only condition my hair every so oftem but when i do a fair bit of my hair falls out and it happens to all my family not just me . Thanks for your comments and help .

how much hair? sometimes when I wash my hair I lose a lot of hairs sometimes not much, and it is mostly when I'm conditioning. But you're supposed to lose around 100 hairs a day apparently. I try to brush my hair before I wash it so it'll pull out any loose hairs first :) My hair feels really gross if I don't condition it, so I do it every time I wash.

Juicemilk it a lot of hair but only happens when i put conditioner on it and the conditioner i use is not a cheap one at that . Each day i remove quite a big clump of hair from the shower drain where it all gets caught so there is a fair bit

My hair falls out sporodically and I asked my doctor abour it as at times it is quite bad. She said that it can take up to 3 months for a stress or illness to affect your hair, so maybe your recent illness has had an effect on your hair. I don't think it is the conditioner as it only coats the hair anyways.

My hair is just falling out hope .. partner says it happens to me of my age. Suggest that you try changing the conditioner that you use .. it could be that it is breaking the hair off rather than falling out ... maybe there is a reaction between it and the water that you get out your way. It is probably bore water .. normally would not be a problem but perhaps the interaction between the two could be the cause of it. Good luck with this one .. will ask my partner when she gets home for any suggestions that she might have that it is cause. I do know that my partner sometimes loses a lot of hair .. when she is stressed and the more stressed she is the more hair she loses .. also when she was unwell and very run down a couple of years ago .. she had the same thing in that her hair came out in big clumps. It came good .. when she worked out what the problem was .. and dealt with the things that were making her stressed .. her oldest daughter and my two daughters mostly.

Stress could be a lot to do with it also i`m continually under a lot of stress here with everything going on. Even considered the same problem ( age ) with hubby`s recent hair loss but was when he was just putting a lot of conditioner on his hair just to get it to sit down but even he has decided that the conditioner had something to do with it

my hair falls out all the time anyhow. :) I condition my hair about twice a week. Not sure of any natural stuff. I do know some people use mayonaisse for a deep conditioner, but I have always been scared to try it...I am afraid I would never get it all out of my hair. LOL

i've used aloe vera on my hair to good result-but i know a lot of people who swear by mayonnaise.they put some on,and leave it on for a while with a shower cap over it (to not make a mess) then rinse it out about 20 to 45 minutes later.
