This is really hard to tell cause Celine Dion has many nice songs. To pick few i would say " my heart will go on), "because of loved me"... I like the old ones. One more song i would like to mention if thr fisrt song i got to new Celine Dion's music "where does my heartbeat new" from 1991.

Well ofcourse her Titanic main song. That's so beautiful and that's so romentic that when ever you listen it touches your heart because of her voice and wordings.
