My worst habit right now is that I do things that are not good for me out of feeling bad. Like I will take things on that are really too much for me, because if i do not I know I will feel bad

my worst and favourite one is 'playing in rain.......' as my body resistance is very low ,buddy ,really i often catch up with cold ,fever etc...........but still from my childwood i love to play in rain...............still i am addicted to it.........
