i have played and finished all 4 hitman games already, and i always have the sa rank please come here and post the best & fastest way to achieve the sa rank in any missions you like

Never got the sa rank, although I am a very experienced player, I usually get the "ghost" rank. Ofcourse i have never ever used cheat codes. The 2nd mission of the first hitham game in which, 47 had to blow up a car is one of my favourite. I completed that mission in a record time and very smoothly. I killed the driver, hid in the drain and blew up the car!! That was it.
