Do you prefer do Overtime or stay back at office??

Do you like stay back after work or do overtime?? How much do you really can do during oveertime?? Efficient?? effective?? Most of us spend 5 ~ 8 hour per day at work...after office hour,how many of us really energitic to stay back for overtime?? If we really able to arrange our time accordingly what we going to do within office hour, i dont think we really need to stay back till late. i dont like do OT..why?? because after office hour, it's time for us to rest and relax. But why most employers like their staff to stay back after work. If not they will think you are so free and even give you more tasks... if we only spend most of our time to work, then we just like a bunch of "robotic machine" that only know to complete task,nothing but work only. Life is short, enjoy your life..
