I have never tried those because i don't have extra weight. I think you should try out doing some exercises or yoga. They are more effective than these body wraps. You can also take steam baths after your exercises. It gives good results in lose weight slowly and efficiently.

I haven't tried one, but feel that I should debunk this gimmick before you waste your money. Think about it seriously, no external factor can make you lose body fat. Making your house colder could possibly have some small effect, as you would need to burn up more calories to keep yourself warm. Let me use the analogy of a car. If you keep tanking up and don't drive enough it will get past full, but the body is better, since it stores the 'extra' as fat. To use up the extra, you need to drive the car more than you fill it up. It will use fuel just sitting on the driveway ticking over, but not nearly as much as when you take it for a drive. Wrapping the body in clingfilm will not make the car use more gas. I'm a little overweight myself, and frankly don't care that much. I do care about those who are concerned about their weight being preyed upon by people peddling junk products which only make you lighter by emptying your pocket.

You will loose water weight, which will come back on within the next week. People who use this to loose weight use it to fit into a dress for example. If they need to slim down just a bit to look better in that dress.

belly-- be fit - belly
I didn't tried it but my mom was in to it.. and I see no effect. and for me it could make you lose weight .. if and only if you have a discipline to yourself and be focus and be serious for your activity... but for me it is much better if you start it to your eating habits/diet.
