Myspace layout Question?

MY myspace is so plain. I tried to spice it up but it ended up messing it up and now i cant even get anything really on my profile. How do i get my bio and all that back, i deleted all the extra videos and stuff off of it in a attempt but it did not work. Also i put something on a Interest section but now i cant delete it how do i do that, its like a groups thing
