It is a quite common practice to take ice creams or frozen desserts after meals. I have read in some magazines that they help you to digest and have some calorific value also. Does it really help our meals to digest or it's just for taste we take it. I do like, it's delicious and I often take after meals. Is it good for health or can cause any harm in future?

I have no idea, you are the one that has been reading up about it. Besides being fattening, are there enzymes that break up food, I don't know. What have you learned and how could were the sources?
