Articles being published quicker?

I just started with AC a few weeks ago, and I noticed that it seemed like my first article took forever to be accepted. Now my articles are being accepted the same day that I enter them for payment. Is this a good sign, or are they just getting through the articles faster?

Most people gripe that it is the opposite way around...I have noticed lately they are getting to my articles quicker again...there was a long wait spell there last month...probably something to do with their new program and loads of content coming in ect. ect. who knows...anyone wants to look me up on AC: Wes Laurie

Yeah, I've mostly heard complaints about how long it takes from submission to the offer to publish. I did notice a big slowdown this past month, so your explanation makes sense. Once you accept their offer, I've always found that they publish almost right away. Then you also get paid quickly. I don't think they pay very well on the site, but I still use it. I often sell articles that I've used in the past and can use to sell as non-exclusive. It gives me a few extra bucks to cover costs each month, and I can't complain about that!

March and April were deathly slow for article approval over there. I've only been with AC since February, and I was really disappointed that I had to wait so long to get anything up. But they definitly speeded up at the end of April. To be fair, news always moved at the speed of light, comparatively. I could submit a news article in the morning and it would be up by lunch-time. That's practically instant gratification! LOL

AC is an web site that allows you to write articles, that they will then buy and publish on their website it is a great way to earn extra money, and some people even do it full time. I average about $5.50 per article, and depending on what I am writing on, you can write an article in about 45mins to an hour. Though i have spent a lot of time on my pieces that are more in depth, and those are usually paid more. www.associatedcontent.com/user/67042/brian_cote.html

Yes, I've noticed this too. Boy, have I noticied it. I put an article up last week and it was acceped in two hours. I typed it right into AC and didn't cut and paste from my files. I was actually planning on doing a little editing but they took it so fast, there was no time. Funny thing is they accepted and paid for the article with lightening speed but it's been "processing" now for a week. Go figure.

I was just about to ask if anyone else had had one accepted the day after submitting it. They really are speeding up the process! The one they offered to publish today, for a mere pittance, I might add, was published about four hours later. Let's hope they keep up the speed and bring up the offers!

I haven't written anything in a couple of weeks, so I can't say if they are getting faster. My email was screwed up, but this week they seemed to get everything straightened out, so it looks like maybe they are trying a new approach, which is good. I did get an email that they were cancelling their "content of the day" email, so maybe they are trying to streamline events. That's good news.
