theres this girl who is completely obsessed with me i mean like OBSESSED with me and i dont like her like at all. but theres another girl who i like alot and shees going out with another guy (who is kinda ugly lol) and their about to break up YAAAY!!! and im gunna take the oppertunity then but what do i do with the girl who likes me soo much...i dont want to make anybody cut themselves lol

Honestly, you are going to hurt this girl no matter what. Are you friends with her? If so then it will be very bad.
But, there is no other way then for you to find the words to nicely say I don't like you.
She will react the way she will react and she will most likely hate you forever (or at least until she finds another boy to moon over). Either way the more you drag it out the more she will think that she actually has a chance with you and the more it will hurt her in the end. Especially if you make a move for this other girl.
