How would you rate Dr. Phil as a Psychologist and as a Host? 1-10

Dr. Phil is quiet good as a host he always tackle a discussions about different couples in our society and how to raise our children can you give some suggestion about this in modern times A Guides for a Couples issue and parenting,

As a psychologist, he's a moron. Don't know how he is as a TV show host, since I refuse to watch his show. He's rediculous, harsh, cruel and just plain disconnected.

He's not straight forward. He cruel and moronic. Half the things he says are wrong and just plain mean.

I really like Dr. Phil. I don't doubt his intenetions. He has plenty of money. You have to be straight forward to get your point across. I know everyone doesn't like him but I do :)
