When I have some stress I will choose to play basketball.After pouring some sweat,I will feel much better. I think that if your stress level is too high to continue your normal life,you could stop your work or what make you feel uncomfortable to have a short rest.And then change life,start afresh...Everybody are bound in duty to look to your own self.May the life bring you joy,love and peace...

Sometimes when you are under a lot of stress just doing something different helps a lot. Physical activity is very good for relieving stress. I like to meditate and listen to music, it takes my mind off things and I can relax, then hopefully look at the stressful things differently.

yea thats true. i do have a lot of stress sometimes and i would go outside and play with my dog and she would cheer my day. she makes me laugh when you tell her to stop doing something and she would run, thats how she gets mad and stops. we laugh cause she runs funny after being told to not do something bad.
