Salary, prospect , job pressure which is most improtant looking for a job ?

Nowadays finding a suitable job becomes more and more difficult especially in today's China . As the reslut of the enlargement of the national college students the more pressure on the job-seeking for those appliers .

The important thing for me is salary, but then again I see to it that I know the job and the company is stable.
