Has something like the holocaust happened ever to Christians? Jews have suffered a lot through history and in the bible. Have Cristians ever been mass murdered, used as slaves, etc.?

I do not know but I hope things like holocaust wont repeat again to any human being. I hope people learned the lesson about how not to fall into one man twisted ambition and how to stand for their own opinion and not do what they were told to do just because someone told them. I mean dont kill! The best way of keep preventing things like that is to commemorate and talk about it as it was yesterday.

Yes, Muslims slaughtered Christians, Jews and others alike, particularly in the assault on Byzantium. Christians were required for nearly a century to give their eldest son as a military slave. Muslims slaughtered the early Christian Church in Africa and the Mogul conquest of India has been described as the bloodiest in history. all the best urban

You seem to be mistaking war for holocaust. Christians butchered Muslims, too. The English conquest of India was hardly a bloodless task! And, of course, Hitler was a Catholic, from a Catholic country (Austria) and with support from the Catholic South of Germany (the Bayern districts), and his army killed Christians from all across the globe.

Adrenocrome, read the question it doesn't just refer to the holocaust "Have Christians ever been mass murdered, used as slaves, etc.?" And for you information the British conquest of India was comparatively bloodless. There is some evidence Hitler was involved in pagan cults. all the best urban

Exactly, the phrase is mass murdered. War does not involve the troops of opposing sides murdering each other. No soldier has ever faced the charge of homocide for shooting an opposing, armed soldier. Who are you kidding, not just in India, but across the Commonwealth, we killed without care for the indigenous people. Look at the Zulus in Africa, too. We killed thousands upon thousands of them. The UKs hands are well and truly bloodied.

The early Christians were slaughtered in the Roman Coliseum, burned as torches, used as slaves. Many of them were Jewish who accepted Jesus as Lord and Savior and became Christians. Many Christians were murdered by the Roman Catholic Church because they did not accept the teachings of the Church. The Lollards, the Huguenots, the early Protestants, etc., all murdered because they didn't believe exactly as the Roman Church taught. No one is exempt from murder. If it happens to one group, it could also happen to you. We must be ever vigilant against fanaticism.

Yes Christians have been mass murdered. In fact I can't think of many religious sects that don't have a holocaust in their history. Murdering in the name of God, how holy is that.
