Do you sleep with the fan on?

In hot summer,it's hard to fall asleep.You may sewat heavily.So people open the fan to get cool feeling.Even some people sleep with the fan on all the night.It's very dangerous,actually.According to investigations,there are many samples that people died of that.It does harm to people's blood vessels.Obviously,air-conditional is an exception.
So i never sleep with the fan on.What about you?

yes i always sleep with the fan on even it's cold hehehe...i just got use to it coz coz here in the Philippines the use of electric fans are very common. We have no snows here...only summer and storms hehehe i mean rain..

Yaaa.It's so hot in Philippine.Is there desert in Philipine?It often rains here,so we get wet climate here.Look my avater,there is a big river behind me,(i'm in the peak,hehe) there are many rivers like that here.In summer,we seldom use the fan.

Oh,sounds good.I like beach and shore very much.The blue water and surfing on the sea are so attractive.I can say Philipine is a beautiful country.Hehe.

I only do it on summer where the heat can go to 30ยบ at night and it is impossible to sleep. I don't believe this kind of studies. How can a fan do you harm and air conditional not? They both do the same thing...

I have slept with the fan on all night for many years. I even have it on in the winter. It helps to circulate the warm air. I cannot sleep without it. I have never heard that it is bad for you. I would like to know more. Do you remember where you got that information from?

I try not to in the summer if I am in New York with my husband. It can get very hot but I drink lots of water in the night instead not to dehydrate because the fan does not give out consistent cool air. We have now bought one of those small air conditioning ai purifier, humidifier things that blows out consistent fresh air and it is evenly spread around the room. I think that works much better than a fan and is safer.

An air conditioner will be better.It gives very cool wind.You can get the wind whose temperature is between 16--30 centigrades.You turn on the fan or air conditioner in winter???Ahhhh.You are so strong!Hehe...

Yep! I use a fan while sleeping. It makes the mosquitoes and heat of the summer away ha ha! It makes me feel comfortable with a fan especially on a hot summer night. Like others had said, its very hot here in the Philippines. X)

What investigations I wonder? I always slepp with the fan on, summer and winter. In winter, I have my heater on my water bed and a snuggly warm doonah. It gets stuffy. I hate being in a stuffy room so I keep the air moving but gently. I also have it on during summer. I have a mosquito net but the fan also keeps the mozzies at bay.

Oh, it's only now that i heard that using fan is dangerous. For me, i lived in a cool place, though its also hot here during the day, am still lucky that at night, it is cold. At times, i still have to wear my jackets and wear socks to feel hot during the night coz it's really cold here even if its summer.
