dear sir iam very grateful to u for offering me the post in u company,and thank u sincerely for ur confidence in my capability,but after pondering it over,i am afraid that i just cannot accept it the reasons for that are manifold,to start with,i don't think i would well apply what i've learned to the job u offered me. it i accepted the job,how could i make food use of my knowledge,realize my full potential and make contribution to ur company as much as i can ?in addition,working in ur company would create a quiet and stable life,which would be fine to some people.as far asi'mconcerned,however,i like meeting challenges in that challenges can stimulate my imagination and drive me to make constant progress.last but not least,ur companyis located too far away form my living place.it would take me a great deal of time on the journey to work and return home,which would undoubtedly invite numerous in conveniences to me . i would really appreciate it if u could understand my decision on the position u offered.thank u again for offering me the opportunity to work in ur company, anyway.best wishes to u all! urs sincerely shu
