Which chatting medium do you prefer?

I mainly use AIM & YAHOO instant messenger because all my main friends have it so I jus use it to talk to them.

I don't chat much and most of the chatting I do is with other writers, but I prefer MSN messenger.

I dont like chatting.I think it is waste of time.It is very difficult to find a real friend through chatting.Every one is chatting with false identity.

I don't chat often, but when my hubby leaves we are going to use AIM to chat. I like it because it works with an IChat program that came on our apple laptops. I have used MSN, ICQ and Yahoo messenger and I'm just not crazy about any of those for some reason.

I use a program, Trillian, that connects to MSN, Yahoo, AIM, ICQ, and irc chat. My friends are split mostly between AIM and MSN, with AIM being most of the family and people I know offline and MSN I pretty much just know online. As for chat rooms, I use Buzzen which uses the old MSN chat program, and Voodoo which is a visual chat program rather then just text. I have also tried the Palace chat, Skype, Gizmo (open source skype type network) and IMVU. Those I only have 2 or 3 friends each so only go there on rare occassion. MySpace is the only other place I go for anytype of communications between friends. but MSN is probably my favorite mostly because I have the most people on my buddy list there.

I am not much into chatting so I picked up the one from my girlfriend Yahoo. When I want to make calls from the computer than I use Skype that allows you to send sms's very cheaply too.

I like to chat on yahoo most as it has so many extra features also, of course security wise its not good but you can enjoy chatting on yahoo

I've got friends on so many different ones that I got Trillian Pro - its not very expensive and you can talk to people on just about Any IM protocol from that One program because Trillian works with the majority of them. I currently have AIM, Yahoo, MSN and Jabber on my Trillian feed and it keeps me in touch with all my peeps!

i prefer to use YAHOO MESSENGER and since i havent used MSN,ICQ,SKYPE i dont know whether they would be better then yahoo messenger.

I use Yahoo, because all of my friends, relatives and business partners (yeah, right :D) are using it too. So it's much easier. Not the best chatting system, but it works really good.

Most time, I use MSN. I also like the simple style of gtalk, but there are not so many friends using gtalk, maybe in the furture, I will recommand some other friends to use this one, it is simple and easy useing.

i always rely on YM...

Today my favorite is MSN...easy to use, a lot of functions and runs ligh on my computer. But the most classic that I miss to use is ICQ, the first one to create the invisible status, it is a shame nobody more use ICQ!!!!

I personally prefer, MSN ALL THE WAY. But I have skype here too. So yeah. Msn and skype please. :]
