paretns killing they own children

why do people have kids if they are not going to take care of them

I think that they are selfish and only care about themselves when they think about how much responsibility comes with taking care of a child. Then ther are some that are just plain careless!

I do not know how people can do this to their children. I for one think it is inexcusable.
