What are you good at?

Everybody has their strengths, be it giving really good advice, fixing things, being a parent, student, friend, being good at school, homeworks, techie stuff, etc.
Well, I think my strength or the thing I'm really good at is techie stuff. Whenever there's a new appliance at home, everybody would throw me the manual and tell me, figure out how this things works. My friends also has a habit of calling me up and making me their personal tech support. They'd ask me how to do this, or that, be it a problem with their cell phone or computers.
At work, I'm an accountant but my part time job which remains unpaid is, I'm also the office's unofficial technical person. They would ask me all kinds of problems with their computers.
I don't think this comes naturally to me. I'm just really interested in technology and the reason why I'm probably good at these kind of things is I research these specific problems or I've already come across that. I'm a wide reader and I'm also good at all those research stuff, maybe that's why I did well in school.
So, what are you good at?

Firstly I am a great mother, my kids come first. Then I would have to say a great ATV Rider, (So Ive been told) I love it and its my passion I outdo most of the guys which is a scream. And a good listener, I have been called upon many times to be a shoulder to lean on.

LOL. Oh, that's why your avatar is an ATV. That's great. I think it's nice when we girls beat guys at things they're usually good at. It's like a kick at their balls. LOL.

I am good at doing a lot of different things but I don't think I have mastered any really.I know I am a good with children, I get told this all the time. I am good at geeting stuff done in a timely matter. Most people like to ask me to get things done because I usually will get it done as soon as possible. I am a good cook, everyone loves to be invited to dinner. I guess I have never really sat down to think of what I am best at.

I'm not really good with kids. I'm only good with kids who like me but kids who act like a brat...Well, I don't have much patience for them. LOL. All of us are good at something, it isn't really necessary that we master the stuff just as long we do it really well because let's face it, nobody's perfect. :)

I am very creative, I have a creative mind and I love writing stories, poetry as well as taking part in discussions hence why I'm on Mylot so much! I also have the skills of being a touch typist so I am a quick typer too which helps a lot especially when you are typing out so many responses etc...

Nice to know that although you are from 'accounts' side but you have technical bent of mind. You have many qualities it appears...you have a scientific mind as well as accounting mind. I think you hobby of handling technical matters and technology related issues in the equipment is an added asset in you. I can also use my mind scientifically and on the 'economic' side also.

Hi Natalie, hope all is well.
I think I am a pretty good wife and mother. I keep the house clean, clothes laundered, dishes done, meals on the table, etc. I also care for an 11 month old all day so I'd say I'm doing pretty darn good.

Yeah, I think caring for children is a tough job, like I said, I wish I would be as good as you when it's my turn to be a mom. :)

Me? Well, I do not really have that many strengths, or it seems that I do not have as many as a lot of people. I know that I do have 2 strengths, which is I'm a good listener and that I'm fairly good at fixing people's computers.
I personally do not like focusing on strengths as it reminds you that you have weaknesses, and I usually feel bad about myself as it is (it's a depression thing). I just think that I have things I am able to do.

I believe that I am a pretty good mommy. I sure have a happy, healthy, friendly little boy who is a joy to be around. I enjoy everything about being a mommy, even the not so pleasant stuff. That helps, I'm sure, in making me better at it. I constantly seek improvement in this area because I can't think of anything more wonderful then being a mom.
I was also a very good student in school and I tend to have a really firm grasp on practical aspects of life.

Well as a professional i am a consultant so i am very good at giveing all sort of advices and i am also a very patient man as my job is to study the person according to his striats and then guide him accordingly as per his straits as to what feild he should enter and what he should advice in term of professional management or any business or job he is inclined to take up.

i do think that i am good at listening.... cause i always listen to my friends problem..... and gives them some advice
