Do you do anything else while you are on the computer?

Do you just focus soley on doing whatever it is you are doing on the computer, or do you do other things, like eat, talk, listen to music etc, while computing?
I usually like to listen to some music, and maybe even sing along! Sometimes if my partner is here too i will chat to him while on the computer. Also, if i feel a bit thirsty or peckish i might go get a cup of tea or some other drink, or maybe a snack, though i don't actually eat full meals while at the computer. Sometimes i will even sit here wearing a face mask, though it's hard as i can't wear my glasses if i do that so have to peer at the screen!
What sorts of things do you do? Nothing rude please btw, let's keep this discussion clean thanks!

when i sit at my pc i also watch tv and sometimes i take some drink or eat something chat with my family while sitting in front of my pc.I always do more things at the same time.

i am amazed with people like you. i have to keep a good concentration on whatever i do. i wish that i will be capable of doing lots of things at the same time. it just happens to be not a gift which has come my way.

Other than going to the bathroom .. I can just about do everything I need to do in life while sitting at my computer .. everything is to hand .. all is within reach .. I don't need to get up to do anything .. just sit here and reach out and pick up whatever it is I need ..
And yes, I wear face packs too hehehe .. just another good reason not to have a webcam

No i normally concentrate on what i am doing and rarely do any other activity when working on a computer. Sometimes i do listen to light music when doing some light work.

Yes, When i m on my computer then i doing many things simultaneouslly like listen to music,eating,and many times i talk to my friends using phone.

LOl yes i normally multi task so iam reading mails looking at some interesting sites etc ...o wait all those things are on the computer i think your question was anything else apart from the computer...i rarely do but yes sometimes i answer the phone and also have lil snacks and sometimes i keep shouting at my brother to keep the music volume low b'cos he lovvvesssss annoying me ofcourse...his favorite pastime!

lol u sound exactly like me. sometimes when i got a face mask on when i'm in front of the computer too! dont wear glasses though..i also talk, sing, chat, eat, drink, complain..haha..

Well while I'm on the internet for example on MyLot or playing a computer game I have music playing on the background. I too like to sing along when I get to into it, especially when it's a good song.

I do so many things while on my computer that at the end of the day, I get upset with myself for completing none or jut one or a couple.

i have to keep my mind on what i am doing. if i get distracted, i immediately forget what was going in my head or, what was it that i intend to do. so, i am having trouble with my son in this regard. he is very talkative. thus, if we are computing together, my concentration goes haywire. he is doing this to me right now and, i have been reminding him already many times over. oh-oh, he just laughs at me.

I'll never eat a full meal while I'm at the computer, but I often have a drink and snack on different things. I also nearly always listen to some music or talk to my boyfriend. Sometimes I watch TV shows or DVDs at the same time.
I've tried wearing a face mask, but it's too hard for me to do so without my glasses!

i listen to the music on the radio while i am in front of my computer. that's the only thing i do besides surfing the net. i can't focus my mind if i do other tasks while i am using my pc. a little of concentration is what i needed specially in replying to discussions in mylot.

Sometimes I do! Sometimes I eat, drink or watch tv a little bit. Late at night I pretty much just do the computer though, because nothing will be on tv, and it will be too late to eat or drink! I dont eat full meals while on the computer though either, just little snacks.

Yes,I do. Sometimes I write,take down notes,listen to music,eat and drink.I carry my baby on my lap.I also watch tv at the same time.

I usually concentrate on what I am doing.
If something else requires my attention,then I will deal with that and then come back to what I was doing.

I usually listen to music and eating some biscuits while computing. If i only post my discussion on mylot, i feel it's not for fun but for work. I like working at home, because it is not only a work, but also a fun.
Sometimes I will chat with my friends online when I write my feeling on mylot. He likes mylot very much, but his english is very poor and he has few time on the net. He is married and he has a lovely daughter, so we have lots of topics to talk about. And I often translate his feeling into english and post on mylot for him, because he is not a member of mylot.
