fruits are the real unknown'elixir of life ' fruits never cause ill to our health as much as possible as our daily junk foods do,and the hotel foods which dont concentrate more on health instead cause side effects...........what all fruits u can suggest to live an healty life......?

there are fruits which are found to be most advantageous if we eat them from the moment we wake up until 10 o'clock in the morning. these fruits will get the toxins out of the body. those toxins which have been accumulated in our body which makes us sick.
Papayas, pineapples, mangoes, mangosteen, pomelos, water melons, young coconut, apples, grapes, guavas, oranges are the best ones for this purpose. coconut juice and citrus fruit juices are also good. green leafy and fibrous vegetables, bananas, avocados and other fruits may be taken along with the regular meals after 10 o'clock in the morning.
let us make it a habit to start with our regular meals only from 10 o'clock in the morning until dinnertime which may run up until 8 o'clock in the evening. let us allow the fruits to make their job from the early hours of the day. let us all live a healthy life and be happy and feel good about this from this time on. and let us never forget that we need sufficient water intake after the fruit hours. take water upon waking up and no water during the fruit diet hours which shall last until 10 a.m.

I think eating fruits is very important for a haelthy life .Actually one should always eat fruits according to the season.some of the fruit which are really good is bananan,apple,cucumber,watermellon,papaya etc.Have fruits according to your needs & season.
