I agree that the mediterranean life style is a very healthy one indeed. They grow lots of fruit like lemons and oranges. The Italians eat lots of pasta with vegetables. The Greek people like to eat lots of salad. They have a very nice climate. The summer is hot and many people like to rest at lunch time. The evenings are cool and a good time to go for a pleasant stroll along the beach or walk in the fresh green hills. In the spring time they have the joy of seeing all the colourful and beautiful wild flowers. The autumn is a time of warm temperatures when swimming in the sea is still possible. In winter the tourists all return home. But the weather stays mild and rain may come. The people living such a wonderful lifestyle usually live a long time. I would say 70 to 90 is about right.
