When you serve someone a cup of tea, do you leave the bag in or remove it??

I always remove it for someone else and leave it in for myself.
How about yourself??

I use to give the possibility to choose the kind of tea by themselves, so I put a little basket with the different bags
on the table and everyone choses from his own taste.
I just serve the hot water in the tea pot.
So everyone puts and removes his bag by himself.

I always leave it in because it makes taste of tea better. If I server it to someone I give him or us a one small plate to put it out if it bugs him or her.
What is your favorite tea taste? Mine is Mint, Forrest fruit and strawberry with vanilla.
