Looking for National Key Company (out of Cleveland, USA) Key type S2

I am looking for uncut keys for a rental property. I can't seem to find any hardware stores that carry the S2 key. I have an original and it has 'National Key Co' at the top of the key, the number S2, and a figure of a key with eyes, a top hat, and holding a cane. I am interested in buying uncut, S2 keys (10-15 keys). I haven't been able to find any information about The National Key Co. other than the information that was on the key.
