I haven't but would like to go sometime. I live about 50 miles from the Ga line and It would not be too long a trip to make. I have heard great things about the light show.

Oh yes if you live that close you would really enjoy it!. I lved right on the GA line and well My ex's family lived out that way near Stone Mountain and well that is when I said I am stopping to see this. I loved it and well I finally got to see what I had seen pics of on T.v. and in books. And to get on top of the mountain and look out across the lnd there is beautiful! I hope you get to go one day When you do I would love to here about your trip.

When I was a kid my dad took me there, he grew up around there so... But, I don't really remember all that much about it except I was in awe at everything. It was really quite gorgeous I'd love to get up that way again and go see it.

Yes, I have but it has been a long time ago. I visted a cousin in Atlanta a couple of years ago but we didn't have time to do any sightseeing. I was a little disappointed but that is the way quick trips go! We used to always stop here on our way to the Smokey Mountains. It's very pretty up that way. I'd love to live on the top of one of those mountains!

Yes they are both pretty and I will say it has been awhile since I have been there myself but it has really grew up alot around there. You will get lost! Try to stay in that left lane and well this dont help sometimes for one time I still missed the exit leaving that place.

Sounds like a neat place to visit. I have been through Georgia but not to Stone Mountain.

We live about a half hour drive from Stone Mountain and have been a couple of times but never for the light show. The kids love the "ride The Ducks" tour. I'm not that great with heights so the trip to the top isn't that fun for me.

Oh you will have to try to stay for the light show. I know a little about that area for I have been there alot. I have been to lithonia conyers douglasville, all around there. I have even been to between. know where that is? When I first seen tthat sign for that town I kidded around and said that if I ever moved to ga I wanted it to be in between. lol I moved to ga but only across the state line into a town near lagrange ga.

Course with him we will probbaly have to ride up instead of walk for he has a bad hip and well I dont think he could make it up that mountain. I f I can just get him on top that will be good.
