Do you throw your garbage in the right place?

This is not new! Cleanliness is really important wherever you are. I have noticed that people are throwing their garbage anywhere. There are rules and punishment for corresponding offense for this. What about you? Do you throw your garbage properly?

I always throw my garbage right where it belongs. In a trash can. I can't stand people who will just throw their trash on the ground. It makes no sense. All the person has to do is walk over to a trash can and pitch it in.

Yeah right! I wonder why some people throw their garbage in the wrong place... It is like they are not using their minds.
