I haven't seen it yet But I know a few people that went and they said that a few parts were too unbelievable and that the ending wasn't that great. So I think I will wait until it comes out on dvd to see it

I watched it last night. I'd say it gets maybe a 2 out of 10.
There was too much adding up to not enough. It felt like I was watching a 3 ring circus that last over 2 hours and Pete Wentz of Fall Out Boy was there. I didn't realize that when Peter Parker met the dark side, he'd become emo.
I think the scriptwriters forgot they were writing an adaptation of Spiderman and were trying to write a romantic comedy instead, and when they realized it, threw a few instances where people got turned into something evil and fought against a guy in a Spider suit.
And think of your typical idea of Spiderman.. do you think of song and dance sequences? I don't, but there they are.
There were 15 minutes at the end where Spidey and the villains have their final showdown and that seemed appropriately intense, but then the movie completely lost me when Spiderman started to cry. What a face!
The shining star of the movie was Topher Grace, who manages to be completely likeable even when faced with being cast in this sinking ship of a movie.
