Is AGLOCO real or fake? Is is another scram?

Recently, one of the biggest hit is that the Alladvantage people are coming back with the above toolbar for people to earn while surfing. Lots of people joined them hoping to earn like what happened many years again where some earn more than 10k. Up til now according to what I know, the toolbar has not been downloaded to users yet. What they are doing is to get people to sign-up first and get referrals. I was quite tempted to sign-up too and get referrals if it is really true. As a honest chap, I do not want to introduce something that will end up as a scram. It is really a big attractive question mark for me. Give your comments about this.
