What's the "my buddies" function for?

If you want to know about a particular mylot member's discussion either it is a new or his response immediately without any surfing around the page.,you can add them in your buddy list.So that you can get update of it regularly when you log in.

yes it comes in handy when the buddy posts a new topic. but when someone responds to a comment, it still cannot get the page right sometimes and i have to go to and fro to look for the particular post. if only it puts up the comment number. it will be easier. at least for now till the revamp is done.

So you can keep track of new topics started by people you like on mylot. After I came across all your posted jokes the other day I added you on my list, which is why I keep responding to all your discussions. It's also nice to just go through my eamail and do this instead of having to hunt through the topics on the homepage of mylot.
