Summer is best time for growing plants. To plant them when the summer is coming and winter is going the middle time is best but you can still plant them yes there is no more danger of frost or anything. This is best time to grow vegetables or flowers. And one more tip as i am myself abig fan of gardening .If you are planting bulbed flower plants they will die when summer will be going but dont worry keep bulbs at safe place and when again the season is coming replant them so you can have them back in next season.Enjoy!!

Yeah if you feel frost time is completley over, it should be safe to plant and put plants outside to get real sunlight and real growth! You can plant edible flowers too, like nasturchiums. Their really tasty and easy to grow!
