Iraq War - Is it a victory for Bush ?

With so many deaths occuring on daily basis in Iraq due to human bombs and car bombs, can we say whether Bush has emerged as a victor ushering an era of peace in that country ? According to me, Bush has squarely lost the war because he is unable bring peace to that country which was the sole purpose of this war as per his words ! What are your views ?

He may have won some battles, but the war is long from over yet. The country is one big mess and in the rate it continues like this it'll probably go on for about 10~20 more years before the country will finally be in peace.
