When my niece was a few months old, we had a nanny who was in her early 20's and she passed the interview with the mom and dad. After a few days we realize the wasnt as good as how she says she was. She rarely takes care of the baby especially when she cries. I was even contacted by one of my officemate who was nearby that the baby kept crying loudly. And so i told her mom about it and she was alarmed. We also have a faithful housemaid with us whom we love, she told me that whenever she hear the baby cry she would go upstairs to check on her. Then one time she was with the nanny and she saw a bottle of milk. When the baby cried she said to her give that milk to the baby. But our faithful housemaid questioned her, "Is this milk still ok?" she said YES of course. And so she tried to feed her. But the baby wont eat it at all. So she stopped. When her mom came i told her what our faithful housemaid said. And she immediately check on the milk. And indeed it was already spoiled milk. She asked the maid when did she remove the Milk from the freezer and she could t answer completely instead she just said "Just awhile ago". This Lying nanny had her share of lie at the same time being FIRED. If it happens to you, what would you do?

I would question her and ask her why she gave the child spoiled milk, and why she lied about it? If she could not even give a straight answer then I'd fire her. In fact it's best she was fired for lying in the first place. Sometimes people, lie for a job that they have to real experience in. This is why it is always best to do a background check on the nanny, before even considering her to care for your kids.

Well I am yet single so not much experienced about this situation but well if she does like this then that means that she is not responsible to her job and the one who is not responsible for that must be fired from her job and so you do and so will I.

No more questions asked...go fire that nanny. if she doesnt want to work, she should just leave than stay there but act like a crazy nanny. its a crucial thing if you let a baby drink a spoiled milk.
