Advice Please - Friend's family threatening her

Ok so my friend went and bought a house with her now ex-fiance and her grandmother and all their names are on the title... Well her grandmother wants her to sign over her third... without buying her out or selling her house... (in other word her grandmother wants my friends third for free) so when my friend said no you will have to buy me out or sell the house and give me 1/3 of the sale... her Grandmother threatened to have my friends baby taken away... now my friend did drug before her baby was even in her tummy and she has had an extremely rough life... but she is taking perfectly good care of her daughter and adores her baby... but she's afraid that because of her past the courts will take her baby... should she just sign away her third or talk to child services, get her witnesses and get ready to fight? btw in the case of those with law advice... she lives in BC canada
