I have done a lot of research and this is apparently what I have. I have times I can hardly walk because my heel is so sore. I have tried to read on it to know what to do. They suggest pulling the toes back toward you and stretching out the heel, that helps some. Just wondering if anyone of you has this problem. OH, and I did find that wearing a little bit higher heel shoe helps too. Not high heeled shoes , just those sandles, etc, with a little heel.

I had a really bad dose of this in both feet a few months ago. It was at it's worst first thing in the morning. When I got out of bed I could hardly walk. My doctor recommended that when I was sitting that I should sit with a golf ball under each foot and roll it back and forth with the soles. It was actually a really good exercise and helped relieve the pain a lot.

That is good to know that someone else is suffering from this too. Yes, to get up of the mornings on those bad days is awful! Years ago I would rather crawl than walk on my feet. I had to have cortione shots in both heels. I will give the golf balls a shot the next spell I have. Thanks for the comments.

Wow I have never heard of plantar fascitis, before. Well I have had pain in my heel before and the doctor said that you normally get this from too much weight or if you are flat footed. I understand what you are saying in regards to the higher heel shoes.
