A lot of canned food states in the ingredients that they are already cooked, example: Corned Beef, Tuna, Sardines and the like. However i want to ask you if you still reheat these food, more over if you still have it stir fried with a very small amount of oil with garlic and onions? Many busy people i've heard of eat these food straight from the can. WOOH they dont know how bad that it. I hope this would be able to let them know that it is truly BAD to eat meat food straight from the can. A friend of mine told me that in all processed food canned in the market all has to be reheated at least. If possible to cook them by stirfrying much better that is to make sure all unnecessary food left uncooked will be cooked. You DONT know how these food are packed and delivered to the store, thats why to have precaustions on them is much better that regrets later on. :) Lets eat healthy. :)
