            how to loss weight??
i've tried everything but still i'm as big as elephant. pills,exercises,tea, meditation, but ,ohh no hange has occured. do i have to try again or be like this all my life..
help me plz...

                    Hi my friend Tummy,everything is possible in this earth.I was also a fat boy.But once I decided to change my life.So I started.First i started to run in the morning.Initially I tried few metres and after I ran more,after more.If you try to do too much at the begining your body will have some side effects.So always start from small because your body needs to understand and adjust.Try to run few meteres first and after every day try little bit more.
 I don't believe in diet or pills etcc.But one thing try to avoid breads,sugar,milk.the rest you can enjoy.And also very important be always positive.If you are depressed you gain weight.Try to implement some self techniques that is good for your body.
 Never do any diet.Diet is not long time solution.If you stop dieting you can get back fat very fast.Do some joga to keep yourself fresh.My dear friend enjoy the life and be always positive.These are the secrets to lose fat.

                            ah,, okey. because im a bit worried right now, i have backpains already and accoring to the doctor it's because of my weight...
