Hi friend, Can you cook any south indian food like Dosa?

im not indian or asian, but im european but generally i like indian cuisine, and im sure i could make any dish under condition i posses the recipe. im a good cooker and i like it so no problem for me ;)

I can cook varieties of Dosas/pancakes. Plain dosa, onion dossa, vegetable dosa, egg dosa etc.. Same dosa flour, if cooked on kadai/pan becomes Appam, it will be cryspy on the edges like dosa soft in the centre like idlis.
