Is BCCI using it's worldcup loss to establish supremacy over the players?

Since the worldcup loss the Indian cricket team is been overhauled n their contracts are also revised.The bread paid is also revised.But the senior players don wanna get equated with junior ones.They are really unwilling to sign the new contracts.Is the BCCI going in a right path which will not affect our Indian cricket?
