Ignorance or Innocence

Yesterday, me and my younger brother (10 years old) were watching the television. Out of the blue, he asked me why actresses don't get pregnant even if they kiss a lot. The next seconds broke out into silence. He asked me again and I told him that kissing doesn't make a girl pregnant.
Is it ignorance or innocence?

Its innocence, of course at that age they were thinking that kissing will make a girls got pregnant.Just continue giving him advise.
