yay! i got a star! but what does the number stand for?

it's my first star.. and i got a nine.. i see lots of others with different numbers too.. but what does it stand for?.. rating of some sort?.. can the number be changed?..

It shows your rating in the mylot community.You can learn more about it in the FAQ link available at the bottom of the page.If you move your mouse over the mouse you can see your rating.
