Lol... sorry I am not laughing at you. Just laughing in general... i broke my record yesterday. My earning yesterday holds the current all-time low at 24 cents. Cool yea.

When I first started here on mylot I read several discussions where people were wondering why they earned so little when the had responded to several post. One person had said that you don't always get paid right away for the response that you made. It could take a day or two for you to get credit. I don't really know if that is true or not. I try to post the same amount of responses everyday yet I have never earned the same amount teo days in a row.

Hello aciddrop, I can understand your sentiment. It seems that mylot's earnings is getting lesser again. When I was a newbie, the earnings is also like that. Too slow and all the while I tried to persevere. When mylot has released its new facelift, everyone noticed a higher earnings. I was enthusiastic as well. But lately, there was a sudden dropped in my earnings too. You might like to mail mylot about your situation. One cent for over posts is hilarious. There's really nothing funny about burning our fingers and banging our head just to come up with a sensible response.

what were your posts like the day previous? I have had similar happen to me and this is what I am thinking about it.... if the posts are made after midnight (which most of mine are) then they are not tallied towards the total of the day you are thinking they would be put on. While mylot updates your earnings at say 9 am...perhaps they only update with the posts made before midnight. what do you think? does that sound about right?

Hmm, when i read you discussion, usually i'm make about 2 cent for 1 post but tody i just have time to write only 1 post, but i don't get any cent from mylot, to talk about quality, i think i have post quality post, i have write about 10 line response but there are no earning. So my conclusion is, if i'm want to make some cent in myLot i need to post quality response and the quantity also must be more than one. I don't know how much you have earning for 405 rating but i'm just earning about $3.15 and i don't know how long it will take so reach $10. But i will keep writing until i have reach my minimum payout. So don't give-up, just keep writing and try to write longer response... If you have do that so i don't know what else to say.

Are they quality responses? I know that mylot does not pay much for one word and one line responses. Mylot gives earnings based on the quality of the responses not the quantity. Hope this helps and good luck!

I know how that feels. The counting system on here stinks.

This has happened to me before - but it usually works itself out. When did you make the responses - if I am on late at night, when it says something like 16 hours to one day since earnings updated, sometimes not all of my responses get credited when I check my earnings the next day, especially if, when I calculate it out, they were updating earnings at the same time as I was replying to people's posts. But the earnings get added to the next day. Sometimes if a day is low, it goes up in the middle of the month when they go to get ready to pay out and double check all of the posts.

well don't feel bad my earnings were there one day & down the next...today I posted three discussions and they deleted all three.Needless to say I am very disgusted.I don't see the fairness either since I didn't break any of their little rules.As far as this place being a great place to earn money...lol...you have got to be kidding.I look at it as just entertainment because the money is so small.I have had them do what they did to you also...I really don't know why...I wish I knew.Good luck :)

Did those include discussions? If you discussions do not get any replies you don't get money for them. That is why someone can post 500 discussions with one lines and get zero cents. Most people won't reply to discussions that are short, but it appears that your discussions are good. However that is for you to know, if you are not really posting anything in your discussions then you will not get replies. Pablo

you're right.I sat and typed out about a 50 responses and i got hardly 15 cents.it was so pathetic.i didnt exactly know abt the quality responses.

Misery loves company. That's why I'm replying. This has also happened to me once, when I made a total of 15 post, 3 comments, and 2 discussions in a day (I keep records). I only got 17 cents. I always keep my standard back then of 15 post a day (this was during my novice days in mylot), and I got some 40-50 cents of increase. My discussion never got less of 5 liners back then, and I always felt good with the quality of my replies. Moreover, when I checked the number of my post, from 127 the earlier day, my total post only increased by 7, making it 134. What happened to my eight other post I don't know. It just goes to show that those posts was never credited by myLot because it never showed on the post number (that number inside the parenthesis beside your name). I suggest you check your post number to see if your posts has been credited. It sucks.

Hi, aciddrop.I am sorry to hear that 20 posts only got 1 cent! That's truely unfair. But one thing I'd like to remind you that the earning are turn out the the day before yesterday's post, did you post yesterday ? And they'll turn out tomorrow? Are you sure all the correct? If you that's right, that's unfair for you to get so low payment. Because I notice some of your responsed and they are good ones.
