Uff ! I am losing my CONCENTRATION!!!

Hi Guys, Really it is very painful to tell you that now a days i just losing my concentration and i am finding that my memory getting weak and most of time my missing my things to somewhere and it has been happening from last 3 days and keeps going now i am getting scared to my things. On Saturday , i was in wedding party and i have lost my cellphone and after 3 hours i was at dance floor and there i lost my wrist watch, I love that watch. On Sunday , I went to my friends house and there i have forgotten to pick my carry-bags and the same day i forget to call one of my best friend and he was complaining that on his wedding i did not wish him. And Today i forget my luggage bag at Train in 3 days i have lost almost $850 value things , Please tell me what to do???

Hey $850..!! oh boy its a BIG amount for just 3 days..! You need to work on your brain really...!! Get an appointment to a doctor you really need one..!! Or try some YOGA to improve your memory..!! Try have some brain games. YOu know what.. I am facing the same problem since my childhood!!But not like loosing $850 in just three days you just broke the record..lol!! I use to forget my dady's birhtday almost every year..! I only remember the birthdays of my mom and and my brother and that too because their Birthdays come in the same month as that of mine..!! lol I am trying to improve it but still no succes...!! I started YOGA and I can see the change..it really works..!! To you ALL the best.

Try concentrating by yoga. You will definitely increase your concentration.

First of all dont get too upset about it and lose your cool. I know this is a difficult period and hence you will be feeling terribly down. Try searching for these things and see if you can find them. Tell the train service or the police about the lost items - although I'm not sure if you'll find them. Then just chill out and accept the losses - thers nothing much you can do now. Be careful in the future and dont get distracted. Are you under any stress or is somethig constantly on your mind? Keep a friend with you always so they know if you miss something. All the best and I hope things get better!

ohh that really very sad .I would suggest to be calm and infact go for some holiday .I hope some thing is not worrying you and having a toll of ur mind .Just relax.You are just having a bad time and i hope this will get normal very soon .If u dont wish to go for outing u can even enjoy with family ,friends etc. And let hope u get ur wrist watch and other thing back.

The first thing you have to do is stay calm. It looks as though you are in tension. You must take up meditation and things will get solved.

Thats really sad to know friend.Better you must opt for meditation,or the another reason is your mind is really disturb or you must be excited with something or the other,better you be calm at doing things.or this will go on.. better to sit alone for sometimes in a day for atleast half an hour and think about your past . hope this idea will help you. best of luck friend.

lol........good one, i mean seems to me that your bad days are here. Just dont worry, it happens sometimes. Just remember one thing, dont let it take on your mind that you are losing your concentration power. Because once it gets in your brain then it is very difficult to come out of such delusions. Its all normal. You will feel better after few days i guess. Just relax and chill out. Have a nice day.

hi, your problem is very interesting. But i have never experienced such thing ever. Are you having some tension - i mean u r thinking deeply of some issue/problem. Thats why your brain is not giving importance to other things. May be you are in love :) If nothing such is happening, then your should see a doctor.
