What do you think which one is better Sony Ericsson or Nokia? Which one gives you more value for money?Which offers technology at affordable price? since the day i started using mobile phones Sony Ericsson is my first choice for many reasons. Its camera results are superb and its voice. It gives you lots of features in very reasonable prices that you cant think in Nokia. Only problem with SOny ericsson is its joystick that start creating troubl for user after some time. Come lets debate over it??? Those who love NOkia...tell us WHY??? and Sony Ericsson lovers ...come and defend it.

I prefer Sony Ericsson than Nokia. Sony Ericsson has siginificant technology, such as: wonderful sound quality (walkman), and great camera. You can compare 1,3 Mp Sony Ericsson's camera and 1,3 Mp Nokia's camera. Or you can compare 2mp camera between Sony Ericsson and Nokia. Sony Ericsson is better.

When I was in college, I used Nokia. Not because I liked it but because my parents was the one providing me the gadgets. I don't have a choice. Then, after receiving my first few hard-earned salaries, I was able to buy my own celphone. I opted to buy Sony Ericsson. It was really my type of phone. Eversince then, I never switched back to Nokia. Although, ericsson is not as user friendly as nokia, there are features the makes it better compared to nokia handsets. I'm using SE W900i. And I'm really really satisfied with the features. I can play with it anytime I want. It also serves as my personal data bank, everything that I really need to remember, I store it there. Amongst all of the handset being sold worldwide, (aside from nokia N91 which has a 4gb phone memory but not expandable) w900i has the biggest phone memory which is 512mb phone memory and memory solt can be expanded up to 2gb. Awesome.. Every now and then, I find time to download applications from the computer. And I'm realy having fun owning it. =)

regardless of nokia, ericsson, all phones with joysticks are prone to damaging the joysticks themselves. the new k800i has a weak joystick, around maybe a month after the purchase is the longest time for the joystick to function without going screwy. sony ericssons, in my experience, have trouble with the battery gauge, showing near-full, then after 10 minutes, going to orange, then back to green again after another 10 minutes. personally i prefer sony ericsson for their features, but the original sony accesories are expensive, such as the ms duo memory cards. so nokia gets my pick.

i guess sony ericsson gives value for money as it doesn't depreciate so soon. i mean it takes years before it's prices reduced. but in fairness to nokia's user friendly gadgets.
