Some people firmly believe that it is not necessary to form a group to do any good work. They think that the real thing is one's willingness to do so. Do you agree with them? I think unity is the strength.

In many cases, group work causes conflict and compromise. Additionally, it's obvious who will stand out as a leader or as someone who is superior to the others, and therefore the others will simply be a burden. In my own personal experience, group work has been a hassle to deal with.

I am individualist and work and feel myself better when i am not in group. I can co-operate, if it`s necesary, but if i have a choice -i will prefer to be allone then in group.

I think that unity amongst people can create a bigger solution to any problem. I mean it is simple for one person to do something good for the greater cause but if several people are doing great things, then the power shows in the numbers.
